Who we are
iSetup (isetup.uz) is an online store selling computers, laptops, monitors, components, gadgets and accessories. This policy describes how your personal data is processed when you use the site, place an order or contact us.

What data we collect
Some data you enter yourself, and some is received automatically when you use the site.
- For an order: first and last name, phone number, region, city or district and delivery address.
- For sign-in: your phone number and the confirmation code sent by SMS.
- In your profile: order history and saved addresses.
- Cart and favorites: products added to your cart and favorites (for visitors who are not signed in — tied to a session identifier).
- Reviews: the text of your review, your rating and any attached photos.
- Enquiries: messages you send us by phone, Telegram or Instagram and the details you include in them.
- Technical data: browser and device type, language and theme settings, pages viewed (through cookies and analytics).
Why we use your data
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- to accept and confirm your order and to contact you about its status;
- to process payment or arrange an installment plan;
- to deliver your order;
- to keep your profile, cart and favorites working;
- to improve the site, the catalog and the quality of our service;
- to measure the effectiveness of advertising;
- with your consent — to tell you about promotions and news;
- to comply with legal requirements.
Who we share data with
Your data is shared only to the extent needed for the purposes above, and only with the following parties:
- Payment providers: for online payment you are taken to the page of the provider you choose (Click, E-Com, Yandex). Card details are entered on that page and are not stored by iSetup.
- Installment partners: if you choose an installment plan (for example, Uzum Nasiya), the data needed to arrange it is passed to the partner service, which processes it under its own rules.
- Delivery services: your name, phone number and address, so that your order can be delivered.
- Analytics and advertising services: Meta and Yandex — see “Cookies and analytics” below.
- Competent authorities: only where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We use cookies to remember your cart and favorites, your sign-in state, and your chosen language and theme.
To understand how the site is used and to measure advertising, we use analytics services:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram): information about visits to the site (page views) is sent to measure ad results and show relevant ads.
- Yandex Metrica: to make the site easier to use, we collect visit statistics and on-page actions such as clicks and scrolling.
- Google Tag Manager: if configured, it may be used to manage the tags above.
You can turn cookies off in your browser settings at any time, but sign-in, the cart and other features may then not work fully.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, and then delete it or anonymize it. Some information related to orders and payments may be kept for the period required by law. If you ask us to delete your account, data that the law does not require us to keep will be deleted.
Data protection
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss and disclosure.
- The connection to the site uses a secure channel (HTTPS).
- Sign-in is confirmed with your phone number and a one-time SMS code.
- Access to data is limited to staff who need it for their work.
However, complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Never share your SMS code with anyone.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- find out how your data is being used;
- update your name and addresses in your profile yourself, or ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data (except where the law requires us to keep it);
- opt out of messages about promotions and news;
- manage cookies or turn them off in your browser settings.
